Ananda Gajpathi Raju is no more

Ananda Gajapathi Raju, former Minister, died of a heart attack in the Manipal Hospital in Visakhapatnam on Saturday morning. He was minister in the combined AP for two terms. He was elected to the State Assembly from the Bheemunipatnam constituency. He was also elected to the Lok Sabha twice from the Bobbili constituency. Ananda Gajapathi Raju, of the Vizianagaram royal family, was the chief temple trustee of the Simhachalam Narasimhaswamy temple. He was associated with 108 other temples in the State. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu expressed his shock over the death of Ananda Gajapathi Raju. Deputy Chief Minister Nimmakayala Chinarajappa expressed condolences on the death of Ananda Gajapthi Raju.
