After bypass, Singer Anand says it's rebirth for him

Telugu film Singer Anand says it's a rebirth for him. Singer Anand underwent a bypass surgery for three blocks at Chennai's Portis Malar Hospital on March 8, and was discharged a couple of days ago. When he felt ill, Anand was checked by doctors who said he had three blocks in the circulatory system. The doctors advised that he had better undergo bypass surgery immediately. His two sons in the US, Arvind and Arun, immediately flew in to Chennai to facilitate bypass surgery. The bypass was successfully carried out. Anand claimed he was very healthy. But suddenly he felt ill. He could share the problem with only a few friends. `This is a kind of rebirth to me. My condition is such that i am not able to speak to wellwishers now. But i wish to thank all my wellwishers,' he said. Anand sang popular songs such as `Dikkulu Choodaku Ramaiah ... ' and `Oka Venuvu vinipenchenu Anuraga gitika ...' etc. Popular singer SP Balasubramaniam wished Anand speedy recovery.
