PM pays tribute to Swami Vivekananda on birth anniversary

New Delhi, Jan 12: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday paid tribute to Swami Vivekananda on his 153rd birth anniversary. "I salute the venerable Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary," Modi said in a statement issued on the occasion. Hindu monk Swami Vivekananda is considered to be the key figure who introduced Yoga to the world. He was born on January 12, 1863.
