BJP will suffer if special status is not granted to AP: Pawan Kalyan

Hyderabad, Nov 12: Telugu actor and Jana Sena Party founder Pawan Kalyan today said Bharatiya Janata Party will suffer if special status is not granted to Andra Pradesh. He made these comments after holding two-hour discussion with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada. He said let Prime Minister Narendra Modi first make a statement on special status. "I will then come out with my views on the subject," he said. He recalled that Modi had promised special status to AP during the Tirupati election meeting in 2014. He then said there is no point in taking to the streets in the name of agitation for the special status.
