AgriGold case deferred to Oct 9
Hyderabad, Oct 06: The Hyderabad High Court today deferred hearing in AgriGold case to October 9. The court today inquired about the value of the company assets. The company submitted details of 300 properties and the court in principle agreed to allow sale of five properties. The court directed the government to open a joint account in the name of High Court Registrar to deposit the money acquired by selling assets. The court asked officials and the company management to appear before it on October 9. The company was told to furnish regular information on sale its properties.
