Elderly woman begs Chandrababu, CM gives money from his own pocket

Visakhapatnam, Sep 06: An elderly woman begged Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for money. Taken aback by the plight of the woman, Chandrababu immediately took money from his pocket and donated to her. The incident took place on the second day tour of the CM in Visakhapatnam today. The CM inspected Ram Nagar, Pandi Mitta, Manaohar Theatre areas in the city. He warned of action against negligent employees. The CM suggested measures to reduce pollution being caused by Vizag Port and other companies. Suddenly, an elderly woman pleaded Chandrababu for money. Though security staff tried to refrain her, the woman met Chandrababu and asked money stating that she has no family support. Chandrababu enquired about her problems, removed a bundle of Rs 500 notes from his pocket and without counting he gave the money to the woman. The CM also visited VIMS Hospital.
