Rishiteswari death: Bail plea of accused postponed
Guntur/Hyderabad, July 30: The hearing on the bail petition of the accused in Rishiteswari death case was postponed to August 6. Acharya Nagarjuna University first year B.Arch student Rishiteswari committed suicide in the hostel room over alleged harassment by seniors. Senior students Srinivas, Jayacharan and Aneesha were arrested in connection with this and in Guntur sub-jail. Student unions leaders demanding that the accused responsible for her death should be given strict punishment. They seek justice to her family. The students even started a Facebook account.
