Sandra in ACB custody

Hyderabad, July 9: The ACB officials took Sattupally MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah into their custody on Thursday. It is already known that the ACB court permitted a two-day custody of Sandra. With this, ACB officials shifted the MLA, accused in cash-for-vote case, from Cherlapalli to the ACB office. He will be grilled from 9 am to 4.30 pm. After the custody, the MLA would be produced in the court. Meanwhile, MLA Sandra bail petition and also ACB counter petition will come up for hearing today. Now, the ACB officials turned their attention to Telugu Yuvatha state leader Jimmy Babu, who had neglected their notices and is absconding. Special team was put into action to search for him. The ACB are suspecting that like Jerusalem Muthaiah, A4 accused in the case, Jimmy Babu is also taking shelter in Andhra Pradesh State.
