Counter case filed against Musunuru MRO

Eluru/Hyderabad, July 9: The attack on Musunuru MLA and non-bailable case against the TDP Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar took a new turn as the MLA and his group filed a counter case here on Thursday. DWCRA women, Meesala Kumari and Nagalakshmi filed a complaint in Pedavegi police station that MRO Vanajakshi and other officials attacked them. Later, they got admitted in Eluru government hospital for treatment. With this, Pedavegi police filed a case under medical legal section 354 against the MRO and other officials. On the other hand, the revenue officials and staff were furious with the TDP leaders high handedness and contemplating to boycott Godavari Pushkaralu duties. It was known that the MLA and his followers attacked the MRO and other staff for stopping him from illegal sand digging at Rangampet sand reaches in Musumuru mandal on Wednesday. She complained to the Collector about the incident and filed a case against the MLA.
