Bringing major relief to unemployed youth in Andhra Pradesh, the state government unveiled a mega job calendar to fill 10,060 vacancies across various government departments. The announcement was made on the auspicious occasion of the Sri Parabhava Nama Samvatsara Ugadi.
State Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh described the initiative as a "Festival of Jobs" and an Ugadi gift to the youth. He expressed satisfaction in fulfilling the promise he made during his Yuva Galam padayatra, stating that the current administration is fully committed to addressing unemployment.
The newly released job calendar provides a clear roadmap, detailing the exact number of vacancies per department and the specific dates for upcoming notifications. Lokesh assured candidates that the government would conduct examinations strictly on schedule, fill all announced posts transparently, and make the syllabus available well in advance to aid preparation.
To streamline the application process, the Minister advised job seekers to complete their One-Time Registration (OTR) on the state's 'Naipunyam Portal' to receive timely alerts regarding job notifications. Furthermore, Lokesh declared that the release of an annual job calendar will become a regular Ugadi tradition moving forward.
Extending his festive greetings, Nara Lokesh urged candidates to begin their preparations for the upcoming competitive exams. He also expressed his hope for the state's continued progress, wishing that Andhra Pradesh emerges as a national leader in public welfare and development in the new Telugu year.
