Handri-Neeva Visit: Chandrababu’s Thoughtful Queries Impress Officials

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has intensified his focus on key infrastructure projects across the state. As part of this initiative, he undertook a field visit today to inspect the progress of the Handri-Neeva Sujala Sravanthi project in the Uravakonda constituency.
During this visit, N. Chandrababu Naidu conducted a detailed review of the ongoing work at the site. What stood out was his interaction with the officials working on the project, which reportedly left them feeling rejuvenated and encouraged.
While inspecting the Handri-Neeva Sujala Sravanthi project, N. Chandrababu Naidu engaged in a brief conversation with two officials present at the location. After discussing technical aspects, the pace of work, and challenges being faced in the project, he unexpectedly inquired about their families.
“Is everyone at home doing well? What are your children up to? How are their studies going? How is the health of your elders?” N. Chandrababu Naidu warmly asked the two officials. Going beyond professional matters, the Chief Minister's inquiries into their personal and familial well-being took the officials by surprise.
Though initially astonished by this unanticipated gesture, the officials were reportedly touched and overwhelmed by the Chief Minister’s concern and kindness.
Typically, such high-level visits focus strictly on administrative matters. However, this rare instance of N. Chandrababu Naidu engaging on a personal level with on-ground staff created a novel experience for those present. Several individuals expressed the view that this approach not only boosted the morale of the officials but also reinforced their sense of being important stakeholders in the governance process.
