Efforts are underway to expedite arrangements for the Chief Minister's office in the heart of Visakhapatnam, marking a significant move by the government led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Despite ongoing legal challenges regarding issues such as capital relocation and decentralization, the government is determined to establish the Chief Minister's base in Visakhapatnam as swiftly as possible. Originally scheduled for September, the plan to relocate the Chief Minister to Visakhapatnam is now being targeted for completion by the festive season of Dussehra. Construction activities in the area have consequently been accelerated to meet this timeline. Once the civil work is finished, interior work will also be expedited, with an estimated completion date of approximately 15 days.
