New Delhi: The Supreme Court recently adjourned the petition filed by Sunitha Reddy, daughter of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, seeking the cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy in her father's murder case. Notices have been issued to Avinash Reddy and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), with Sunitha ordered to respond to the petition. Sunitha Reddy approached the Supreme Court challenging the anticipatory bail order granted to Avinash Reddy by the Telangana High Court on May 31. During today's hearing, the bench decided to adjourn the next hearing to July 3, listing it before the Chief Justice of India (CJI) bench for further investigation.
