Hyderabad: The Supreme Court heard the anticipatory bail petition of YS Avinash Reddy, the YCP Kadapa MP, in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case on Tuesday. The apex court, comprising Justices JK Maheshwari and PS Narasimha, ordered the petitioner to approach the High Court vacation bench on May 25 to seek bail. During the hearing, the Supreme Court emphasized the need for YS Avinash Reddy to pursue his bail plea before the High Court. The Court said that they can't direct the CBI over arrest. Supreme Court questioned Avinash's lawyer as to why he was not responding to the CBI notices and why he was not attending the hearing. The court also directed YS Sunitha, daughter of YS Vivekananda Reddy, to present her concerns related to the case before the High Court.
