Hyderabad: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has once again served notices to Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy, who is a key accused in the YS Viveka murder case. According to the sources, the CBI officials asked YS Avinash Reddy to appear for investigation on the 22nd of this month. Initially, the CBI had issued a notice to Avinash Reddy, also known as YS Avinash Reddy, to appear for questioning on the 16th of this month. However, he sent a letter to the CBI stating that he was unable to attend the investigation due to a prior commitment. Consequently, the CBI issued a second notice, summoning him for investigation on the 19th of this month. However, Avinash Reddy, for the second time, declined to cooperate with the CBI investigation, citing his mother's illness as the reason. As a result, the CBI has now issued a third set of notices.
