Hyderabad: Two women have reportedly died after delivery due to alleged medical negligence at a government-run hospital in Malkapet, Hyderabad. The sources have identified the deceased as Sri Vennella (23) from Nagarkurnool and Shivani from Tirupati. According to the sources, Sri Vennella was admitted to the hospital on Monday and underwent a cesarean section to deliver her baby. However, within a few hours, her health condition reportedly worsened and she was immediately shifted to Gandhi hospital. The doctors there declared that she died due to the doctors performing a cesarean without conducting prior medical tests. Similarly, another woman, Shivani, was admitted to the hospital on January 10 for delivery. She delivered a baby via cesarean section the next day.
