According to Tourism Minister RK Roja, the people of Andhra Pradesh will not support BRS, which is believed to be to blame for depriving the state of resources, especially the capital. After offering prayers at Lord Venkateswara Swamy's temple in Tirumala, Tirupati on Tuesday, the Minister enquired as to the motivations behind the formation of the new Telangana state and the factors that would have a serious adverse effect on AP. In response to the BRS and AP joining forces, Roja asserted that people of the state will teach a lesson to BRS and the people joining in it. The BRS, which has split the state, will not be supported by the public, Roja claimed. People should be cautious of any party that breaks its commitments under the Bifurcation Act, Roja stated.
