Anantapur: A YSRCP activist who shifted his loyalties from TDP to YSRCP touched the feet of the former minister and Telugu Desam Party leader Paritala Sunitha during the Edem Karma Rashtraniki program. The incident took place in Maruru village of Raptadu Mandal of Anantapur on Monday. Former Minister Paritala Sunitha participated in a door-to-door campaign and asked about the problems of the people. A YSRCP activist identified as Ramanjaneyulu suddenly fell on Sunitha's feet and cried requesting to forgive him as he shifted his loyalties from TDP to YSRCP in 2019. He said that he made a mistake by joining YSRCP and requested her to forgive him. Later, the other activists placed a party scarf around his neck and welcomed him to the party.
