Punjab: In a shocking incident, a man was tied to a vehicle's bonnet and taken to the police station after he reportedly steal two bags of wheat from a truck and now the video is going viral on the internet. The incident took place in Muktsar district, Punjab. According to the sources, the person allegedly theft two bags of wheat bags from a truck and the vehicle driver and helper tied him to the truck's bonnet with a rope and the helper was seen sitting behind him holding his head. Two videos are doing rounds on social media in which he has been seen stealing wheat bags and in another video, he has been seen tied to the bonnet of the vehicle. Police registered a case and an investigation is underway.
