Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister k Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) hoisted the national flag at Golconda Fort on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day on Monday. Addressing the gathering, CM KCR stated that the architects of the Constitution established federal structure provides equal importance to both Centre and the state governments. He further added that the Union government was ruling the federal spirit and trying to centralise the powers. He added that the Centre is taking the decisions without consulting the States and pressuring the States to implement them. He stated that recently the Centre wanted to enforce the farm laws but withdraw the laws after the farmers took up agitation against the laws.
