. Tourists who visit Beypore beach in Kerala's Kozhikode may now experience the sensation of walking on waves. Yes, you read that correctly. According to local media sources, the state's tourism agency has built a floating bridge with the assistance of the District Tourists Promotion Council (DTPC) and the Ports Department. One of the media outlets on Twitter shared a video of visitors having fun on the floating bridge. The bridge in the video lifted and sank with the waves. The bridge is 100 metres long and 3 metres wide, and it is composed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bricks. It can transport up to 500 passengers at a time, but at the moment, only 50 persons wearing life jackets are permitted.
