The hearings related to the quash petition filed by Telugu Desam Party leader Chandrababu have concluded in the Andhra Pradesh High Court. After listening to arguments from both sides, the court has reserved its judgment. The proceedings lasted from 12 noon to 5 pm. Advocates Siddharth Luthra and Harish Salve represented Chandrababu till the lunch break. Post the break, for about two and a half hours, CID's counsel Mukul Rohatgi presented his arguments. Chandrababu's lawyers countered the CID's stance, arguing against the legitimacy of the arrest. They stated that the governor's permission was not sought before the arrest, and accused the CID of fabricating evidence against Chandrababu.
