Vijayawada: Amidst stringent security measures, Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu was transferred to the ACB Court during the early hours of today. Law enforcement authorities assumed the responsibility of transporting him from the SIT (Special Investigation Team) office to the ACB court following a medical examination and the submission of the remand report by CID lawyers. At the ACB court, a substantial police presence has been established to forestall any unforeseen incidents. Legal practitioners involved in the case have already convened at the court premises, gearing up for a pivotal day in the ongoing legal proceedings. Chandrababu Naidu had previously been apprehended by CID officials near the RK function hall in Nandyala in connection with the Skill Development case.
