India has made a major step forward in getting justice for the Mumbai terror attacks, where 166 people were killed. A court in California, USA, has approved sending Tahoor Rana to India. Rana, a businessman who was born in Pakistan but lives in Canada, is linked to the attacks. Rana's lawyer tried to stop him from being sent to India. The lawyer said that sending Rana to India would break two parts of the treaty between the United States and India. But the court did not agree with the lawyer's argument, and it said that Rana should be sent to India.
