A rally organized by Janasena women at the Mangalagiri Women's Commission office turned tense as they demanded an apology from Women's Commission Chairperson, Vasireddy Padma. The chairperson had allegedly made comments against Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan, which led the women to take up this protest. When the women attempted to surround the Women's Commission office, the police intervened and tried to stop them. However, clashes erupted between the two groups. Despite the police's efforts, some women leaders managed to reach the commission's office, resulting in another intense confrontation with the police. The women leaders expressed their dissatisfaction with the police's actions outside the office. Subsequently, the police forcefully arrested the protesters and took them to the police station.
