The Siberian subsidiary of Russia's Mash news Telegram channel, Mash Siberia, shared images of the man identified as Michael Raduga from the city of Novosibirsk. They detailed the shocking event in a post published on July 20. According to Michael Raduga's Twitter account, he used a household drill to insert the chip into his brain, intending to manipulate his dreams. He claimed to have been studying videos of neurosurgeons' procedures on the internet before attempting the dangerous act. He stated that he bought a drill, drilled a hole in his head, and implanted an electrode in his brain."
