Reiterating its position on the suggestion to move the High Court from Amaravati, the Center has made its position clear. Recent sources state that the Center has stated there are no open requests for the move. It has been highlighted that for any action to be taken, there must be agreement between the state administration and the High Court. The Center would only consider a complete plan if it is jointly presented by both parties, the Law Department made clear. In response to a question posed by YSRCP MP Rangaiah, the confirmation was provided.
