Hyderabad: State Minister for Municipal Administration and IT, K. T. Rama Rao, announced on Twitter that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed the Municipal Administration Department to expedite the metro project in Old City, Hyderabad. This move comes as part of an effort to enhance the city's public transportation system. Minister KTR also confirmed that KCR held a meeting with the Chairman of L&T, the company responsible for executing the project, and assured them of all necessary assistance and cooperation from the state government. MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi expressed happiness and welcomed the state government's move.
