The Union Home Ministry has accorded Y category security to Nizamabad Member of Parliament (MP), Arvind. This level of protection includes a security detail comprising eight personnel, with a convoy of up to two vehicles accompanying the MP's car. The assigned security team is split between three accompanying Arvind on outings and five stationed at his residence, led by a guard commander. In a parallel move, MLA Eatala Rajender has been assigned 'Y plus' security, a more extensive security detail that includes over eleven personnel and two commandos. Both Arvind and Rajender have been assigned bulletproof vehicles as part of their security measures. These decisions come amid concerns voiced by Rajender's wife, Etala Jamuna, who recently expressed to the media fears of a conspiracy against her husband's life. Despite requesting protection, Rajender alleged that there has been a lack of response from the Telangana government.
