The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has implicated Member of Parliament Y.S. Avinash Reddy and his father Bhaskar Reddy in the murder of Vivekananda Reddy. After a comprehensive investigation, the agency identified the father-son duo as primary suspects in the case and accused them of both conspiring to commit the murder and tampering with subsequent evidence. The evidence, including numerous witness statements, has been submitted to the court as part of the proceedings. These allegations come amidst serious charges of murder conspiracy against the Reddys, involving high-profile political figures. Interestingly, Avinash Reddy, who is a cousin of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, was granted anticipatory bail by the Telangana High Court on May 31.
