For an important strategic meet, Union Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Puri met with a delegation from the state that was headed by Municipal and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao in Delhi on Saturday. The central government's assistance was sought at a meeting that focused on various urban development concerns. The main topic discussed during this 30-minute long meeting was about expanding Hyderabad Metro works' second phase. The process's acceleration was also discussed. Minister KTR's proposal for establishing skyways in Hyderabad is awaiting approval from the central authority. Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal will reportedly attend another critical meeting after this high-level dialogue. Acquiring rice and relevant matters will take center stage. The scheduled meeting at 10:15 pm between Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the state delegation will be led by Minister KTR.
