YS Avinash Reddy, a Member of Parliament from YSRCP, has received momentary relief from the Telangana High Court in connection with the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. The High Court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to refrain from arresting MP Avinash until Wednesday. The court's decision came after lengthy arguments presented during Avinash's anticipatory bail plea. The High Court has announced that the final verdict on Avinash's anticipatory bail will be delivered on Wednesday. Considering the health condition of Avinash Reddy's mother, the court has ordered that no strict action should be taken against him until May 31, when the final order will be issued. During the course of arguments, the High Court questioned the basis of the allegations leveled against Avinash Reddy.
