YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) chief and current Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy, is strategically positioning his party against Atchannaidu, the two-term MLA from Tekkali in Srikakulam district. Atchannaidu, a consistent political thorn in the side of the YSRCP, aims for a hat-trick win in the forthcoming elections. However, murmurs of discontent among constituents suggest a potential vulnerability in his candidacy. In light of this, CM Jagan has set his sights on defeating Atchannaidu by securing strong local representation. He has pledged to guarantee a ticket to a family member of Duvvada Srinivas, a highly respected figure in the region, who currently holds the position of local in-charge.
