The centenary celebrations of the late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), the revered former Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh and world-renowned actor-builder, commenced with great enthusiasm at the Kaithalpur ground in Kukatpally. The event witnessed an impressive turnout of NTR's family members, as well as prominent personalities from various spheres of life. Dignitaries in attendance included TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Nara Bhuvaneswari, Daggubati Purandeswari, Nara Brahmani, Vasundhara, Left leader Sitaram Yechury, Murali Mohan, Jayaprada, Jayasudha, Prabha, Allu Aravind, Ashwini Dutt, Vijayendra Prasad, Venkatesh, Telangana TDP chief Kasani Dnyaneshwar, Karnataka's leading hero Shivarajkumar, Ram Charan, Naga Chaitanya, Srileela, Sumanth, Adivi Sesh, Siddhu, Sesh, and other prominent figures. As a tribute to the legendary actor and symbol of Telugu pride, a special video titled 'Nandamuri Dhruvathara' was released during the ceremony, adding to the grandeur of the event.
