Adireddy Apparao and Vasu, who were arrested by the C.I.D. on charges of irregularities in the Jagajjani chit fund company, have been released from Rajamahendravaram jail. They were remanded to 14-day judicial custody by the district court after their arrest on May 1st. However, the High Court granted them bail on Wednesday, and both were subsequently released from jail. Following their release, TDP cadres and Adireddy fans welcomed them in large numbers. TDP MLA Atchennaidu also went to Adireddy's house to meet him. Atchennaidu has claimed that those who raise their voices against Jagan and his government are falsely implicated in illegal cases. He further stated that they plan to file a case against the C.I.D. for false accusations.
