New Delhi: A disturbing incident, involving a vehicle belonging to Lok Sabha MP Chandan Singh, has been captured on camera in Delhi. The car was seen driving with a person hanging on the bonnet for approximately two to three kilometers. The incident occurred on Sunday night around 11 p.m. as the car was traveling from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin Dargah. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any injuries during the ordeal. It was confirmed that MP Chandan Singh was not present in the car at the time of the incident. The driver of the car, identified as Ramchandra, has been charged with rash and negligent driving. The incident has caused widespread outrage on social media, with many calling for strict action against the driver.
