The anticipatory bail plea of YS Avinash Reddy, the Kadapa MP and YSRCP leader, in the YS Viveka murder case was heard at length in the Telangana High Court. However, the court could not deliver the verdict today, despite urgent requests from both parties. Justice Surendra suggested that in case of an emergency, they can approach the Chief Justice for a verdict. The court also mentioned that it will be closed from tomorrow due to Summer Vacation and the verdict will be delivered after the vacation. The judge clarified that the CBI can continue its investigation, and the court will not interfere in the matter. While the arguments were heard today, the judge deemed it unwise to reserve the verdict of the anticipatory bail plea for all days. The hearing has been adjourned to June 5.
