Hanumakonda district court dismissed a petition seeking cancellation of the bail granted to BJP state president, Bandi Sanjay, who has been named as the main accused in the Class 10 question paper mall practice case. Sanjay was arrested by the police, but was later granted bail on April 6. The police had filed a petition on May 17 seeking cancellation of Sanjay's bail on the grounds that he was violating the bail conditions. The fourth additional munsiff magistrate court in Hanumakonda district heard the arguments of both the parties on Tuesday. The case was adjourned to Wednesday for further arguments, and on Thursday, the verdict was announced. Sanjay's lawyer L Ravichander argued that there was no reasonable ground for cancellation of bail. The court considered these arguments and dismissed the police petition
