Telangana High Court has adjourned the anticipatory bail plea hearing of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy, who is an accused in the murder case of Minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, until April 26. The court had earlier directed that he should not be arrested until May 25 and that his question and answers should be taken in written/print form during the investigation. During the hearing this morning, Avinash's counsel requested an early hearing, but the judge was informed that a copy of the Supreme Court's order from Monday was still pending. The judge stated that the trial cannot proceed without the documents from the apex court and that the trial will be based on its orders. Avinash's lawyer assured that the order would be submitted later in the afternoon. As the hearing order was delayed due to the lack of a copy, it was postponed to noon. The judge stated that the petition will be heard tomorrow to allow for arguments
