YSRCP's Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy received an unfavorable ruling from the Supreme Court on Friday in connection with the YS Viveka murder case. The CJI bench of the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Viveka's daughter Sunitha Reddy and set aside the Telangana High Court's order that restrained Avinash Reddy from being arrested until the 25th of this month. Furthermore, the Supreme Court extended the deadline for the CBI probe until June 30th, expressing displeasure over the high court's order, which it claimed was intended to interfere with the CBI probe. The court warned that such orders would set a wrong precedent.
