Mahbubabad MLA Bhanoth Shankar Naik faced the ire of residents during his visit to Shanigapuram and Boda Thanda in ward 9 and 10 on the outskirts of Mahabubabad town on Wednesday. The Tanda residents surrounded the MLA and demanded answers as to why the problems in their village have not been resolved despite repeated appeals to officials and public representatives. The villagers expressed their frustration, stating that no development has occurred in the area for the past ten years, and the roads are in a deplorable condition. They accused leaders of only showing up during election time, without resolving their issues. They warned the MLA and other leaders not to visit their village unless their problems are addressed. MLA Shankar Nayak assured the residents of Boda Tanda that he would take steps to resolve their issues. However, it remains to be seen whether the MLA can deliver on his promises and improve the condition of the village.
