The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) continued its interrogation of Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy for the second day in the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case. The questioning lasted for nearly nine hours, from 10 am to 6:30 pm. On the first day of questioning, Avinash Reddy was probed on various issues, including his political differences and rivalries with Viveka during the 2017 MLC elections. During the second day of questioning, the CBI raised questions on other important issues related to the murder case. Avinash Reddy has been directed by the Telangana High Court to undergo questioning until the 25th of this month. In addition to Avinash Reddy, his father Y.S. Bhaskar Reddy and another accused Uday Kumar Reddy were also interrogated by the CBI for almost six hours while they were in police custody. Following the interrogation, they were shifted to Chanchalguda jail.
