The Kamalapur police department has once again issued a notice to Bandi Sanjay, the state president of the Telangana BJP. Previously, they had sent notices asking his presence for questioning today, and had also asked that he bring his mobile phone with him to the hearing. Sanjay has responded to these notices from the police. In his response to the police, Sanjay addressed the details of the case provided and stated that it is not appropriate to make baseless allegations against him as a public servant and falsely implicate him. He further mentioned that he had already filed a complaint with the police regarding his missing phone and requested that they trace and return it to him. Sanjay insisted that they not call him for questioning until they have found his phone, and threatened legal action if he continues to receive repeated notices regarding an unrelated case.
