Cab driver attacked by private security at Mumbai airport
Mumbai: A cab driver named Devan Devere was violently attacked by private security personnel at Mumbai airport following a dispute over parking on Saturday. Video footage of the incident has since been shared online. The altercation began when the guards approached Devan Devere while he was waiting for a passenger.
A heated argument quickly escalated into physical violence, with the guards kicking and beating Devan Devere. Thankfully, bystanders intervened and managed to rescue the victim from further harm.
The exact cause of the altercation remains unknown. Devere suffered injuries as a result of the attack, and promptly filed a complaint with the authorities. In response, the police arrested six individuals believed to be involved in the assault.
