In a surprising revelation, it has been noted that although the audiences in Telugu states are well-versed with the iconic figure of Senior N T Rama Rao, not much is known about his first wife Basavatarakam and their extensive family. The two were married in 1942, with Basavatarakam being senior NTR's cousin. Unfortunately, Basavatarakam passed away after a long battle with cancer. Despite the couple having 12 children, comprising eight sons and four daughters, the general public seems to be largely unaware of the majority of the family members, apart from the likes of Balakrishna, Harikrishna, Purandeswari, and Bhuvaneswari. Sadly, two of late NTR's sons and one daughter have already passed away. To bring these lesser-known family members into the limelight, a video has been released that features all the family members of late NTR. This effort will hopefully enable audiences to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the late actor's family and its legacy.
