Balakrishna reacts to allegations of insulting nurses

Nandamuri Balakrishna, MLA of the Telugu Desam Party Hindupuram and host of Aha's Unstoppable With NBK, responds to recent criticism surrounding comments he made about nurses during a recent episode of the NBK show with Pawan Kalyan. On Facebook, Balakrishna denies making any offensive statements and claims that his words were distorted.

He further wrote, "I have great respect for my sisters who serve the patients. I have seen the services of nurses at Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital. I have great respect for my sisters who help patients day and night and save their lives. No matter how many times you thank them, it's less. Many nurses across the world have risked their lives during the coronavirus pandemic day and night. We have to appreciate such nurses. If my words really hurt your sentiments, I will regret it... Your Nandamuri Balakrishna."
