Telangana Governor Tamilisai pays tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on death anniversary

Hyderabad: On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's death anniversary, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan paid floral tributes to the Father of the Nation at Bapu Ghat in Mehdipatnam today.

Telangana Ministers Shabbir Ali, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, and state Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, as well as other officials also paid their respects to Mahatma Gandhi. Governor Tamilisai along with the ministers and others observed two minutes of silence on the occasion.

On the other hand, the Telangana government is expected to take the Budget approval to the state High Court as the files are currently pending approval at Raj Bhavan.
