The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) has reaffirmed its commitment to the 3-capital policy and its goal to develop all regions of the state equally. On Monday, the party's senior-most leader and Chairman of the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD), YV Subba Reddy, addressed the media on the prospects of three capitals in the state. YV Subba Reddy stated that the government will soon begin functioning in Visakhapatnam, the proposed executive capital of the state. He acknowledged that there are legal complications to overcome, but assured that the state government will start administration in Visakhapatnam as soon as possible. He did not specify a date but hinted that it will be before Ugadi festival. "The state government will initiate the process as soon as possible and there is no doubt about it," said YV Subba Reddy.
