In a unique show of support, a farmer from the Amaravati region has grown paddy in the shape of Telugu Desam Party national general secretary Nara Lokesh's face. The farmer, Puli Chinna, came forward to present the paddy as a birthday gift to Lokesh. The TDP leader is set to embark on a "padayatra," or walking journey, called "Yuva Galam" in Andhra Pradesh. Chinna expressed his wish for the success of the journey and for blessings on Lokesh and his family, including former Chief Minister and TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu. Nara Lokesh, who is the son of former Chief Minister and TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, will begin his padayatra on January 27, which is expected to last for around 400 days. The journey will start from Kuppam in Chittoor district and will culminate at Ichchapuram in Srikakulam district.
