Hyderabad: People across the world welcomed the new year 2023 with dazzling celebrations and bid adieu to 2022. The new year celebrations were conducted on a grand note in both Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The people of Hyderabad stepped out of their homes at midnight and welcomed the new year with cake-cutting celebrations, community events and colourful rangolis and greeted each other.
